The 33-year-old content creator and daughter of former Real Housewives of New York City star Jill Zarin just opened up about her first cosmetic procedure: a breast lift with implants after 10-plus years of gradual weight loss left her chest looking, in her words, “more like pancakes.” Shapiro told Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea podcast she'd lost about 50 pounds. “I lost a lot of volume,” she said, noting the change became most noticeable in the final 10 pounds—and once her weight stabilized, she realized it wasn't going to reverse on its own.
