In a new interview with People timed to her 85th birthday, Stewart reiterated, despite years of speculation about her youthful appearance: “I have not had any plastic surgery at all,” Stewart told the magazine. “I don't think I need it.” It's not the first time she’s addressed the rumors. Back in 2023, following her record-breaking Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover, she told Variety, “I’ve had absolutely no plastic surgery whatsoever,” crediting healthy habits, diligent sun protection and a consistent skin-care routine instead.
